74 cheyenne HEI delete option?
I have a74 cheyenne and on the fender tag where it lists my option there is one option (cannot remember option number) but the descrption says High eng Ign Del. Why would someone choose this? by the way the the truck is an original big block if that makes a difference

I have a '74 k/20 with the same option. Delete High energy ign. I have a 350 in mine from the factory though. The option I am having trouble with is the variable ratio power thing. I don't know the option number but have to check.
