Decided to post some pics....

Figured I'd post some pics of my work in progress. Getting parts up here is EXPENSIVE! It sounds great (glass packs) and obviously needs paint....

Nice stance. I like that no rear bumper look, too. Did you make those inner door panels? How about some interior pics?

Re: Decided to post some pics....

It doesn't have a rear bumper because the one that was on it from the PO was a nicely custom made large, wide one but is badly surface rusted. I can't decide if I should leave it without a bumper (I like the look, too) or get this one cleaned up and powdercoated.

The PO had some custom door panels made and headliner and seat cover. They all match and are like a diamond pattern blue cloth.

Re: Decided to post some pics....

No one has said anything about my bed. Bummer. It is a pine kit from MAR-K in OKC with stainless hardware. I sanded the boards, put two coats of a product called Zero Rust on them then two coats of Rustoleum do-it-yourself bedliner. Since its a driver and will be in rain and snow I didn't want a bed that just looked nice, I need one that will stand up to weather. Plus, I can recoat any scratching in the wood or sides with the same bedliner in a can. Lowes sells it.

Re: Decided to post some pics....

I am now thinking about a rear roll pan instead of a bumper, but I will weld in a beefy hunk of steel behind it for crash protection. I noticed the awesome bed, but was just mad at you for making me look bad! Mine is rusted out and I am considering bolting down some plate aluminum and bedcoating the whole thing, if I cant find a replacement bed soon. Yours looks great with the wood, and now I have something else to consider.

Re: Decided to post some pics....

I also live north in the Yukon and understand shipping to be about equal with that of Alaska.
Curious what you have shipped so far and what its cost?
Havent started on my truck yet (lost access to a garage) and intend to start this spring if I havent found somewhere else to work before that.
Its frustrating because I cant get shipping prices unless Im actually ordering parts since everything will be freight and has to be sent out for quotes and I dont want to waste someones time putting together a 'psuedo' order.
