Hey all you Vintage Air users...

Hey guys, Im looking into using the Vintage Air system in my 71 and I noticed that NoLimit is having a little bit of a sale on their products, so i figure now is the best time to do it! Now, those of you that have it installed already, which system did you get? Im looking at the Gen II setup. Should I be more interested in the Gen IV? Help me out here! I already have the firewall shaved, and I have already shaved my stock control switches, so I can use custom bulkhead fittings and the nice billet controls they have avail. Sooo, anyone have Pros or Cons to any other systems? I really appreciate your help fellas. Here are some pics to see what Im working with

Re: Hey all you Vintage Air users...

I put the Gen II in my 70. I used the universal one & I should have used the custom one made for that truck. I just bought the interior kit & used a factory compresser from a salvage & pick out a cond. that would fit the dementions. It works good.

I'm using the gen II super in mine or at least I have it mocked up. They will rent you a mock unit to test fit if you want. Mine is a 71 also.

Do you remember which universal one you have? Can you also buy just the 67-72 custom fit under dash unit? I thought you had to buy the whole system

I would go and rent one as NoLimit is literally a skip away from my house, but I am overseas and the truck is in colorado... :/ So you have the super mocked up? How much space did that give you remaining?
