Re: Pic Request- Lowered Trucks w/Factory Full Hubcaps
I had a truck like that I bought in 1988- then my dad had it until 2004. It was a '68 factory Short Fleet, 396, auto, A/C, CST w/buckets, tach, wood bed and shoulder harnesses. This was before people were really adding all the options to slantnoses- and this came that way from the factory! Red on red.

Re: Pic Request- Lowered Trucks w/Factory Full Hubcaps
I have some 8" steelies I have been planning to clad in narrow whitewalls with full wheelcovers.I've spoken to Diamondback Classics about putting together a set of 275/60s when I'm ready. I'm going for the seudo-stock road hugger look.

Re: Pic Request- Lowered Trucks w/Factory Full Hubcaps
The Ochre factory 2/W blazer belongs to my cousin Mark M. "AKA" Barco Bear a member here on the forum, We picked up about 5 years ago and Kevin bagged it about a year later, I think I or my son (Rattle can Joe) drives it more than Mark, who owns two other trucks.

Hope you don't mind me posting this up Jim. I pulled out the old Sport Truck mags and started scanning the Circus Wagon articles I have. I'm guessing that's the '68 CST you keep referring to?

Re: Pic Request- Lowered Trucks w/Factory Full Hubcaps
Hey Jim,I had the red counterpart to your '68. I wish I still had it. It was red on red with white top. Two brothers in Virginia ordered identical trucks. They were into drag racing so jumped on the newfangled BBC truck. The other one had a sad ending prior to mine going up for sale.
