Super bright led lights

Anyone ever use these types of Bulbs in their Gauges , and is so, how do you like them?
The Exterior of my Truck will be Green.
So I wanted "Colored" LED Bulbs in Green , to go in the back of my Pro Comp Ultra Lite II Gauges.

About 6 years ago, I used a regular (colored) #194 Bulb, and although it did work, the light was so Dim, I'd have to take MORE TIME than I'd like, to see the Gauges when I was driving at night.
Hence these new colored LED's come in a 360 Degree rotation, so the light not only shines forward, but more mimics a Incandescent bulb, which shines in a 360 Degree pattern.
I see that within that 360 Pattern, they have 4 or 5 different intensities also, (which for ME is great).

They can be seen here at:
http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...rake-turn.html

Its a simple Plug-n-Play, no condensers, Grounds or any of that stuff.
It's already built into the bulb.

So if anyone has used these, I'd love your input.

Re: Super bright led lights

You ever tried the LED lights they sell through autometer? I changed my light in my Sport Comp Silver Series Tach to there Green LED and it is BRIGHT. I'll get some pics up later. The light is Auto Meter part number 3295. It also has a 360 degree light pattern.

Re: Super bright led lights

By the way, your gauges might take a different bulb, but you can look them up under Auto Meter's website. That bulb I used is for the twist in type.
