U:joint specs and size #'s
Hey guy i could use some info on u:joint type's and sizes
OK here's what i have 82 GMC 1500 6.2L & 700R4 3 piece shaft and they are plastic injected joints in to 10 bolt diff I'm not sure what size joints these are next this is for a SWB conversion so my fiend gave me a one piece shaft that uses outer clips i think they are 1310 joints now the problem is it won't fit in the 10 bolt yoke so I'm thinking i need a 1310-1330 or 1310-1350 conversion joint any help is good thanks JM |

JM,
I take both old joints to my local NAPA store, They measure them and pull me the right size. A good parts guy has no problem with doing this....
