Well I'm starting a somewhat ambitious collection. I'm hoping to collect a license plate from each of the 50 states for each of the 67-72 years. 300 plates total! Willing to buy singles, or sets. I prefer truck plates, but will certainly consider car plates as well. I am also willing to trade other plates or parts. This has the feeling of turning into a life long quest! Here's a shot of the beginning of a long road. Any help is appreciated! Thanks, Sharpie

i have cali black and yellow plates i dont know if they are 67 72 but they are a car

as a matter of a fact i have 2 singles there for a truck ! you still have that mirror arm, bracket and 2 67 radio knobs!?!?!

Hi Tim, you're right. I guess I don't have enough fingers to count that high! I did an edit to correct my poor math skills. Reminds me of one of my favorites.

That's a single plate? I'll keep it mind. Really trying to stick with truck plates. Would be kinda nice to start with the A's though! Sharpie

You may not need 300. I'm pretty sure CA quit putting the year on them by the time they went to blue and yellow so there would be no difference between say a 70 and a 71. I'll see what I have here.

Hey Sharpie,

I picked up a card at the Rod Run in Daytona. The guy had tons of Florida Plates from specific years for trucks. Here's his number. He is in New Port Richey, FL 941-545-3558 His card says he buys-sells-trades. Hope this helps your collection
