Reproduction speedometers
What do you guys think of the repro speedos? Are they any good? My original one made a ton of noise so I took one from a parts truck and now its doin the same thing. I'm going to clean it and re-lube it but if that dont work I'm throwin it away!!!! I appreciate any input!!

Re: Reproduction speedometers
Cool..if it turns out mine is messed up Im getting a new one! Yea I had something like that happen when I ordered new window regulators from LMC. The gears stripped out on it when I rolled it up, so I called them up and they sent me a new one no problem.

Re: Reproduction speedometers
I dont know about new ones, but the noise usually comes from the cable? It sounds like a hampster running in wheel? Take out the inner cable from the outter sheathing clean and re grease it and I bet the noise goes away?
Hope this helps CORSAIR
