Rust repair question

This is about the worst of the rust on the truck and its not getting bondo im wondering do they sell any kind of patch panel for this like they do for the floors and rocker area or do i just have to make my own?

There are panels available from various places like LMC, Brothers, and possibly some board vendors. Anybody?

i was asking a legitimate question don't talk to me like a 6 year old!

For the person who actually answered my question i figured they did but i don't know what that area is called so i didn't know what to look for
