Arrow carburetor help

I accidentally deleted the thread I posted yesterday but I wals asking what carburetor is good for my engine its not a daily driver but its a stock 454 I just changed my heads to rectangular port, torker intake and comp cam xtreme energy 284 hydraulic flat tapped.
Should I get a Holley 750 or 850

on the street, holley 750 vac secondary, if your gonna race it a little, the 850 double pumper!
