Got some body work done on the burb and other misc things

When I first got my burb it had been hit or backed into somthing on the left rear side panel by the tailgate. The taillight was caved and it looked terrible. I finally fixed it this week after owning the burb for about 4 months now.

Today was my first day off since working 10 days straight so I finally was able to pick up my wheel tubs and bumper brackets that I had powdercoated, I also went to the junkyard just to see if they had anything. I wound up finding a full set of rally's from 3 different vans and they only cost 6bucks each but they had to charge me 15 bucks for the one good tire that was on one of the rims. I spotted a 67 C10 shortbed stepside tucked away in the "employee only" yard I might have to look into in one of these days hopefully it wont be parted out.

Nice job on the body work. What's your long term goal for the body, are you sticking with the blue? I think the wheels would look good in white... easy to keep clean and they would match well with the top, etc. At last that's the look I went for and I have been pleased with the results.

I like the idea of white wheels with the blue. I plan on keeping it blue it just looks so right for these rigs.

I think it would look pretty good too... and I like that color blue too - it does go well on the burb!

I think that will look really slick... especially with the white bumpers.
