battery/air tank/fuel tank on a dropmemberd truck

Hey everyone,
I have a dropmembered 70 with a v3.2 front and Trailing Arm rear bolt on kit. I have two 5gallon Air zenith tanks and two OB2 compressors, E-level system on the way. I need to get a tank for the rear frame rails too but dont want it to be seen after the factory bumper is re-installed. So im looking for pics of how everyone is setting up their batteries, tanks and compressors on the frame along with the best tank to run out back. Ive seen some decent brackets for the OB2 compressors online that weld to the frame or wherever you want them but as always location location location.....thanks everyone

The compressors are designed that you can rotate the mounts on them, so you dont really need additional mounts unless you want them. My battery is still in the stock location, and I have no issues although i am running a 255/35/20 up front, so its a small tire. What are your plans for a bed floor? I kept mine at the stock height, and just cut out what I needed for the notches. I dont know how you could run a decent sized fuel cell or mount a battery under the bed unless you raise the floor. If you do that you can mount everythng under there with no issues.

Im leaving the bed floor stock height and going to do a tub/bridge set up. If need be I can raise the floor but not much more than 3-4" because Im not a big fan of the shallow beds. Right now my floor is cut for the bridge also but I want to keep this clean as possible

If I did it again, a custom fuel tank in the rear that would not drag would be where the spare tire was. Then Air tanks on each side of the outer frame of the tanks, compressors mounted in front of the fuel cell behind the rear diff, and you can get sealed batteries like Optimas or Kenetic Batteries, and mount them sideways so they arent as tall, and mount them on the side of the frame in front of the rear wheels. Your valves could go close to the batteries on the frame rails, or you could put them on the rear crossmember behind the rear bumper or roll pan. You might have to use something smaller than 5 gallon tanks though... I used 2 3 gallon ones as they were not as big around and gave me the clearance I needed to not drag them. This is all in theory, as I have not measured for myself.

Thats what I was thinking of doing but thought it may look too busy. I am running all my lines inside the notch and frame to keep hidden and the AZ tanks are small enough to mount without dragging so ill stick with them. The compressors may go in front of them to keep them with short lines to the tanks. the VU-4 valve I want seen so I"m was thinking of doing something like Scott Lawrence"s GMC where the bridge cover is able to be raised to showcase the manifold. the batteries I was thinking of mounting inside the cab behind the Porterbuilt rear gas tank delete kit and have dzus fastners for access. The gas tank is my worry now because it seems that all of them hang low so I either keep it stock and still shave the filler neck and run a flush mount filler in the door jam but if i do that than I may mount the battery"s on the outside of the frame behind the rear tires, or have a small tank made to give me the room to keep everything hidden and safe from the elements because this is going to be driven a lot. just hoped to see some pics of what has been done. I need to make sure I have room for my exhaust which will be a full exhaust ran back to a couple of 2010 chevy camaro GM Performace mufflers that were kindly donated.
