I know if you take the covers off there are #'s on the ring gear, if you post those #'s someone will be able to help you. That's the way I have always checked them.
Welcome to the board, Landon

Generally, there would be a code on the axle housing. About 6" out from the main housing..............

The front axle should be a Dana 44 and will have D44 stamped in the webbing on one side of the differential. Not positive of markings on the rear axle. It is not uncommon to find a slightly different gear ratio in the front axle than the rear axle, usually just off by .01.

If they are 3.73 gears there will be a 41:11 stamped on the gear inside of the pan. I would go ahead and pull pan to check, being a 30 year old truck probably could use some new oil.

That's 41 teeth on the ring and 11 teeth on the pinion. 41/11=3.727272 or 3.73 Just had to throgh that out there because its the one thing in the world that I know.

If they are stock they should be a Dana/Spicer 44 up front and a GM 12 bolt in the rear.
