If it isn't one thing it's another
Well yet another strange thing I have found on my 57 from the PO.When mocking up the placement of the brand new bucket seats they had bought I realized that both are passenger side seats.The lever to recline the seats are both on the right side of the seat So when you open the passenger door you can see the lever and when you open the drivers door the lever is on the other side of the seat.They bought brand new slide mechanisms as well. By looking at it I don't think the lever can be moved to the opposite side.....so not sure what I will do. I also just realized seat belt attachment might be affected as well.

Well at least your girlfriend will be able to adjust your seat for you....

LOL I never thought of it that way. I have a 78 MGB as well and it seems like it is always just me and my dog in it so I may have to teach a old dog a new trick after all !
