Re: anyone running 3 leafs in the rear ?
i have three, dont, if its for the truck in your sig just dont... it will wheel hop and squat like a mother, if its not then do it i have a 275/65r15 and i have about 3 inches to the fender, and three fat guys on the tailgate make that less than an inch.

Re: anyone running 3 leafs in the rear ?
I have 3 leafs on mine and its solid, obviously I cant haul a **** ton of weight, but I have about 300 lbs in the bed right now and it only dropped about an inch. You could always get an AOL system from Ride tech.. I had a pallet full of wood that weighed about 500 Lbs and a bunch of tools in the back and with a 28inch tall tire and my 8 inch drop, the bed only dropped about 2 inches. Actually made my truck sit level! lol. I had about 2-3 inches before contacting the rear wheel well.

Re: anyone running 3 leafs in the rear ?
I'm running only 3 out back and it really isn't that bas to me buf i so have fhe wheel hop. Also have the og shocks and a 2.73 rear gear which is what i figured was causing it. I've went to the scales and had 868# in the bed and didn't botfom out. All with only 3 leaves out back and lowering shackles and no notch. I was surprised but not a big deal for me even on the ride, like a caddy on the highway. My buddies complain when they borrow it but its my daily so i must just be used to it lol. Would like to get rid of the hop, one day might build some caltracs or something similar. Think that and lowered shocks and a sway bar up front would get rid of my complaints.

Re: anyone running 3 leafs in the rear ?
the P.O. removed one of my springs in my 86 swb leaving me with 3. It is fine for everyday use, but doesn't take much to squat. I have hauled 2000lbs plus a few times and its a low, bouncy ride
