starter question

sry about the title..oops!!!
Ok so I would like to use this starter from skip white.

anyone ever use one?
Its gonna be running this.. 168 tooth wheel in front of a SM420 if that matters.

I wouldn't use a mini starter unless you have a high comprerssion engine. Really don't need it. .02

Would it hurt it if it isnt high compression???
