What Size Bolt Pattern? 5x5, 5x4.75

Doing a Frame off on a 70 c10 long box, just starting to put things back together. We have decided to go with a 5 bolt pattern,

The question is has anyone gone to a 5lug x 4-3/4" set up or dose everyone do the 5" pattern?

Anyone know where to get brake drums for 5x4-3/4" pattern that will fit (11"x2" drums currently) also disc brakes for the front?

The front has drop spindles idk if it matters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.


Note: I have already remove the rear axles, plugged/ welded them, and just waiting to know where to put the new holes, and what size i have to turn the hub
