Well, you learn something new every day. I had never heard of bullseye lenses. Did all trucks from 67-70 have them or were they on deluxe trucks? What's the story?

They are specific to 67-70. There may have been a cutoff during late '70, at which time they switched to the checkerboard pattern. But to my knowledge, the checkerboard pattern was first introduced with the '71. When GM began reproducing them at a later date (not sure of an exact year...similar to the 69 vs 70 inner grille) only one version was reproduced...in the case of the backup lens, the checkerboard pattern; in the case of the inner grille for 69 vs 70, the all argent silver.
