car proportioning valve
I am doing a drum-to-disc swap on my 68 gmc. I have P/B booster from a 70 3/4 ton. Can I use a proportioning valve from a 83 chev caprice as I have one laying around? Plus can I use a 73 up master cylinder from a 1/2 ton truck?

Don't qoute me on this, but I would assume that it would work. I picked up a valve from a '93 S10 to use with my '85 S10 master cylindar. Should work fine.

It might work, might not.
Your best bet is to use the stock drum/drum piece and then install an aftermarket adjustable one. |
