painting fibregl. top ?

I,m wanting to paint my top from white to black.I saw one in town that was a satin black, had a little gloss and was textured. Was wondering if this a roll on paint or anyone know how to achieve this look.I was hoping to do it with a roller or brush

Re: painting fibregl. top ?

Some of those satin black tops were factory. I'd take it off the truck, clean it, scuff it with a scotchbrite pad, then prime and paint with rattle can. Same for the inside.
