Lowering Springs Question

I apoligize in advance if this has been asked before, I used the search feature but had no luck.

Is there a way to tell how much drop a lowering spring has when they are off the truck.

My daughter go some with her truck and we are wondering how much they are.

Is the height less with more drop?

If so, does anyone have measurements of known springs?
