Vent window options
Has anyone come up with any different ideas for there vent windows? Mine are shot and i refuse to pay 400 from lmc. I will be looking in local junkyards and craigslist but, before I go through the hassle just wondering if anyone has done something else with them.

Re: Vent window options
I ordered new rubber for mine and repainted the metal. Kind of a pain the in the butt to rebuild them but they look new and seal well.

Re: Vent window options
I just sealed mine shut with black silicon replaced the old ugly handle/locks with new ones and painted the metal. I'll never be able to open them but, hey no more wind noise!

Re: Vent window options
The pin at the base of mine was busted, so I got a new complete vent window from pick your part. I put new rubber on the windows, and they are good. I got my rubbers from classic parts.
