Differences In Fuel Sending Units?
I WAS WANTING TO USE A SENDING UNIT THAT HAS A FUEL RETURN LINE FOR MY FUEL INJECTION. I SAW ONE IN THE LMC CATALOG THAT SAYS IT FOR A '72 WITH A/T TRANNY. WILL ANY OF THESE SENDING UNITS FIT IN ANY TANK OR ARE THEY ACTUALLY SPECIFIC TO YEARS, MOTOR SIZES AND TRANNY TYPES?

The only thing I can think of that is not the same is the 3/8 on 4bbl trucks verses 5/16 fuel line on inlines and 2 bbl trucks.
