I was looking at the online catalog for the Truck Shop and they sell the black buckle cover with the GM "push button" emblem. I think this is what your looking for. Kinda pricey at $21.00 for the buckle cover/GM emblem, so $63.00 plus shipping for all 3. Here's the catalog link. See page 25

Thanks Harry, it's more than I was wanting to spend since I don't need to replace the plastic cover and button so I was hoping someone has some ratty belts but the emblems are still good. I appreciate your help.
