C20 Rear Wheel Bearings
I am getting ready to take a long trip in my truck and have a question about the wheel bearings.
In a 3/4 ton 8 lug 4:10 rearend do the bearings need to be packed or are they lubricated by the differential fluid?

Re: C20 Rear Wheel Bearings
Where you going? My 3/4 with Dana 60 made it to Tonopah, Az. from Arkansas fine towing a travel trailer from Arkansas. All I did to it was replace pinion seal and new Synthetic lube. Make sure it doesn't have any leaks and new topped off lube. Good luck with yours. Jim.

Re: C20 Rear Wheel Bearings
I am going from Prescott, AZ to Chico, Ca. I will be towing a trailer. The rearend leaks where the driveshaft is connected, but I am going to top it off before I leave. I run royal purple synthetic lube.
