60's suburban
Hi all I'm new to the forum. I love the looks of these suburbans. Where in the world do you find one? I have never actually seen one in person.

Re: 60's suburban
Keep an eye out on the neighborhoods you drive through. And Craigslist.

Re: 60's suburban
I haunted Craigslist. I had to buy real rough ones, though, cause I'm broke.
Also- guys will post them in this forum from time to time (usually CL postings local to them)- there's one here today.

You can customize your craigslist search by year/vehicle and price, as well as distance from your zip. There was a pretty nice driver-quality burb in my area recently that sold for around $3500. Good luck! |

Re: 60's suburban
One place to find older stuff is in trailer parks. If you can drive through them you will find that folks that live in trailer parks previously lived a rather mobile life style. I have found several nice pickups, station wagons and a couple old Suburban/Carryalls in trailer parks. Look for the ones that are a little dusty and have not been registered in a few years. Usually the owners no longer travel for health reasons and are willing to sell.
