My newest vynil design

I just finished this for a buddy of mine, please look past the fact that its kinda corny and is on an import. I thought in general it came out well. I freehanded all the design.

Ive been getting into vinyl cutting just recently but I have been into designing graphics and such since I was a little kid. About a month ago I purchased a Graphted 24" Vinyl cutter and I am in love with it. I will post pics of jobs periodically.

Could you do a high quality stick shaped like this?
NO Phoenix written on it and NO glowing.
Just the Phoenix bird, in grey color.
Inside window sticker, even better!
Diameter of bird around 8".
If so how much?
