Argentinian built chevy trucks had factory stock Km/h speedo's in them from 1964-66. Look in the International section and follow the link.
http://www.chevynet.com.ar/ Very freindly people, and fun to try and communicate with. Portugese is an asset. Some do speak English, and French can help out to. Join their club and post an ad. They also have links to other South American Chevy truck links.

arent the numbers printed on the glass? why not just do some simple math, scrape the old numbers, and print up a vinyl overlay?

If you can't find an original metric dash, you might try contacting these guys. They may be willing to design a set for you.
