Ertl did a diecast back when these trucks were current and before adult toy collecting began to be so popular. Other than that,you're pretty much stuck with plastic model kits.
Ertl 1/25th GMC toy: You can see the '71 Sierra Grande kit on the 3rd shelf to the right below the GMC Stepside kit. It's the red truck: This is another Sierra Grande kit. It doesn't claim a year but I believe it's a '72 or just another '71 version:
