Re: Parting out 250 6 cylinder
Is the thermostat housing (last one in pic #1) have a threaded port for temp sender (would be on bottom of housing in pic, opposite of heater hose connection)?
Thanks Scott

Re: Parting out 250 6 cylinder
No it doesnt here are a couple of pics. I took it apart and it looks pretty strightforward if you wanted to drill/tap it for one. The material isnt real thick like it looks like from the outside.

Re: Parting out 250 6 cylinder
While I'm waiting, are there any dents, cracks or imperfections besides cleaning?

Re: Parting out 250 6 cylinder
No cracks or dents. The mounting lip will need a little hammer/dolly work from overtightening bolts but that's very minor. For imperfections, it has a little pitting here and there. That might sand out or if not would fill easy with a coat of primer.

Re: Parting out 250 6 cylinder
What condition is the exhaust manifold in? What is your price on the manifold shipped to 20176?
Thanks!

Re: Parting out 250 6 cylinder
I'd call it good shape. No cracks or broken tabs. The bypass flapper is about gone but the shaft turns freely. I could do $45 shipped.
