My dad gave me a 1964 that he had bought and done nothing with for a few years... and I decided to fix her up... but a few questions.. how do i remove that rubber floor that they put on the ground and would it be easier to make/patch rust holes in the floor or get a floor pan?

Do you mean the rubber floor mat that was on the floor of the truck ? Load up some pictures, if the floor is not too bad patching is easier than replacing the whole floor. Pictures would help us see what you've got. Kieth

there hope these are good its not as bad as it looks... rocker panels are shot i think..

I vote for patch panels. Looks like wide spread rust but hard to tell. The rest of the floor could be thin and then you will be back doing it again when that wears through.

Concur - I'd buy a few patch panels also - not a whole floor, but panels that will cover the right spots and you can trim off what you don't need. As for removing the rubber floor - well, I guess you figured that out if you were able to take these pics! Small retaining pins are attached to the floor and the rubber mat should just be wiggled up off of those.
