What backspacing?
I Just got a set of 36x14.5x16.5 Mickey Thompson tires for my truck. I plan on running 10in. wide rims. What backspacing do I need, or how do I find out?
Thanks for any help.

Around 3.5" for a 10" rim. Two areas of concern. First is the lower part of the front fender. The smaller the backspacing, the further out the wheel/tire combo sits and contact with the fender more likely. The further in it sits, the more likely it is to contact the fram. I think my Centerlines are 15x10 with 3 5/16 BS. When I go to 16's I plan on goint to 4" BS with 10" rims, or 3 1/2" if I run 8" rims. The jury is still out...
Try to hook up with somebody locally who has a wheel/tire combo similar to what you are looking for and test fit is my best recommendation.
