AC Delco R44T plugs? R they right 4 me

These are what is in the truck now AC Delco R44T....so I pulled the plugs out today, and they are a litle oiled or dark color, but not bad, All look identicle. I am suspecting it is because they are the plugs that got put in at the end of the build and have been used for engine breakin and set up of carb and timing.. not a bunch of miles on her...so my question with my mods what plugs and part number do you all suggest to run. Going to change since I have been driving it and dialing it in some... its a 1972 350cu, original heads just built with the mods below.

Those will work or you could run a r45ts plug as well

I like the r45 plugs but the break in period shouldn't hurt the plugs unless you didn't have the carb set right If they have oil on them then you have other problems

I was told the oil slight that it is could be from the engine breaking period and the out of adjusted carb...

I like the R44 TS or R45 TS. They have the extended tip & run cleaner & cooler.
