Got a ZZ3
Oh yeah, today I bought a ZZ3 (345HP 350, roller cam, aluminum heads, .....) for my stepside. Can't wait to get that baby on the road!

It was, but after alot of thinking the ZZ3 will be much more practical. Plus I'd have to change the blower driver to accomodate the power steering. The blower engine is rad, but I'm constantly breaking parts on it. I can afford to fix it, but repairing it once a month is getting old. I can't seem to keep the gas pedal off the floor. Besides, 345 horses should be enough, if not then I'll port the heads.

Brett- Yep, one of the guys in the streetrod club had it. He said that he put exactly 276 miles on it before pulling it. He was still hesitant to sell it and told me a dozen times that it made a noise. Everyone that heard it (including some good friends of mine) said that they all sound like that. I couldn't pass it up for 2 grand.
Hey Bill, Virginia is kinda far from California, are you back in town again? |
