Question about a Bed Swap
I have a 96 Chevy K2500 and the bed needs to be replaced. Are the long beds between 88-98 the same? I found a nice one that is a 94 but I am wondering if it will fit the same as the 96. I believe there is also no difference between the Chevy and GMC models. Is this correct?

Re: Question about a Bed Swap
from what I seen as far as bolting up to the frames, step side, fleetside 88-98 all the same even the newer ones that share that body style.
As long as it's a long bed and so is yours or short and short it should work, fleet or step, I don't think they have any differences, maybe fleet compared to step, but if they are both the same and same length I don't think you'd have any issues at all.
