Can you tell me the measurements of the heater delete vs radio delete. Will a radio delete plate cover the heater control hole?

I've never seen a heater delete truck in my area for these years. (PA)

I've been looking for one of those heat delete plates. I wanted to use it to mount my mini three switch Vintage Air controls. I can't find one anywhere.
