Can you tell me the measurements of the heater delete vs radio delete. Will a radio delete plate cover the heater control hole?

I've never seen a heater delete truck in my area for these years. (PA)
 Funny though, I've seen quite a few 60-66 era's without heaters. ????

We were tougher back in those days. Also, most trucks had no A/C, power steering, power brakes. I've never seen a heater delete either. Seems to me a truck with a heater delete would have come without the blower, hoses, housing, etc. otherwise why have a delete? |

I've been looking for one of those heat delete plates. I wanted to use it to mount my mini three switch Vintage Air controls. I can't find one anywhere.
