Can anyone help with trouble I am having with the idle speed. I have changed the idle air speed valve it was good for a day but then went back to having a bad idle mostly way too high but sometimes too low can anyone help?

Re: 4.3 trouble

Check for vacuum leaks around base of tbi unit, possibly bad vacuum line. Low fuel pressure can cause this also. Not sure how good your fuel filter is, but that is the easiest place to start. Not sure if this will help or not, but good luck getting it straightened out.
