Lowering question for my 69 C10
I just bought a new project 69 C10 and it has the drop spindle kit and disc brake upgrade, 2.4 spindle and 1.5 coil drop in the front, and a 7" in the rear for a 5/7 drop is what I was told. The problem is the front tires hit the inner fender wells when I hit a dip, how can this be avioded? And the rear bump stops have been removed from the frame. I guess this is common practice? I love the look but I would like to improve the ride. Any suggestions from the experts would be great.
Thanks

Remove the inner fenders or get shorter front tires.

Re: Lowering question for my 69 C10
No c-notch but the rear is fine and not rubbing. Running 275/45 R20 all around, I`m replaceing the front shocks, they were shot completly shot and new shorter bump stops in the rear, now there are none and we will see if that helps. I heard there was some company making a taller inner fender well? Any one heard of that.
Thanks for the replys
