14B Oversized Axle Seal to Repair Grooved Housing?

Hey, I’ve got a 1997K2500 with a 14 Bolt FF. When I did the brakes last I figured that I would replace the axle seals. At some point someone must have installed an “axle seal repair kit” because there is a Ring pressed onto the axle housing and the ID of the axle seal is larger than stock. I have talked to 2 GM stealerships and 2 auto parts places and no one can order me one. I would like to get another kit like this because I am afraid that the original housing could be grooved. If you have any info about this or part numbers I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I would think parts stores or bearing stores should carry them.
