inline 6 to LSx swap

What kind of engine mounts do I need. I know they sell adapter plates for the small block engine mounts but not for the I6.

Can I run these?

look on this website maby this will give ya some ideas? ill probly end up with one of there kits before my 79 is done
i think the place where the motor mounts bolt to the frame should be the same for a 6 and a v8 couse alot of folks around here pull out the 6 and swap in a 350 fairly easy. should be the same

Re: inline 6 to LSx swap

Oh, so I should be good with the full conversion motor mounts/plates then.

Ha! Thanks, for the link too. Now I have another dilemma about what transmission to run and comparing the prices on their sit versus swapping out the oil pan etc.

Re: inline 6 to LSx swap

It's currently a manual 3spd on the floor.

I was hoping for a t-56
