Is it okay to mount a step to back of rocker?
My truck has a four inch lift and it's just a little to high to get in easily, I've looked at a lot of steps and I see a lot that bolt to the back side of the rocker, I am worried if a heavy person stepped on it mounted that way that it could twist the rocker. Is the rocker panel really strong enough to bolt a step to? What would be the best step and mounting options?

If you mount it to the rocker, I would get a heavy piece of flat iron and run to the frame also. Just to be safe

Re: Is it okay to mount a step to back of rocker?
I got my new steps today, CARR super hoop II, the instructions say to center the step with the front edge of the seat, have any of you used one of these steps and did you mount it centered with the front edge of the seat or did you find a better position? Thanks!
