Is it fiberglass? If so, very cool.

If I might make one suggestion..... Is there a way to eliminate the 'gap' @ the top of the fender where they meet?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Looks very similar to WTI fiberglass fenders for big trucks. I had some on two of my Peterbilts.

How hard is it working on the engine with two of those installed? Looks like it would be pretty tight.

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek

all gaps will be smoothed out , this is just the start of molding them together ! just a sneak peek in a rough stage of there development !! as for tighteness in the engine compartment they are a little narrower than the factory ones

Even though I'm not into lowered trucks, I can really respect the work you're putting into this. Nice stuff!

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek

They look great Cheb!! Nice work so far... These will be compatible with all years correct, including 73-80? I'm not sure if there is a difference between inner fenders for early and later models, is why I ask...

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek

i am building them on a 80-87 front clip, as far as i know the only difference is the placement of some of the holes ! BUT....you guys probably know this better than me , any input anyone if the factory inner fenders work in the older body style also ??

Scot, those pictured are just setting in place over the stock tub with the inner fender still intact. Once the fender is cut out they will fit flush. Take a look at the link in his sig.

Re: SLOSH TUBZ SQUARED... sneak peek

to answer your question Scoti...that will be gone on these they have to stay right under the fender chanel to clear the bottom of the hood, so no step up on these !

Right now, it's just going to be a 5/7 drop so they shouldn't be required.

I will most likely limit it to that drop just because I have other vehicles & it's supposed to be the 'work-horse', not the show ride. But, I'm young enough to know, never say never....
