SHOULDER BELT upgrade for my 70
. . . .
I would like to replace the original blue lap belts in my 70 with a pair of shoulder belts and a matching center lap belt. I was thinking about the kind in the picture below, that "stands up" so it can be connected easily. Are these from a newer truck ? Would they have a matching center belt too ? What other choices are there ? The shoulder belts I've seen in the catalogs ( like LMC, Brothers and Classic Industries ) aren't too clear if they have a matching center lap belt. THANKS !!! . . . .

Re: SHOULDER BELT upgrade for my 70
I bought mine new seatbelts from Beam's -- www.seatbelts.net -- in Oklahoma City. (I think they are also Seatbelt Planet). I didn't buy the middle belt, but I'm sure they have it available. They've been in business for almost 60 years. They're a pretty laid back bunch, you can give them a call and they'll be able to answer all your questions.
