Newbie from Tampa
I've been using this awesome site for a few months for ideas and guidance, I finally created a profile. I have an '84 C10 Stepside I picked up from an old Air Force buddy who kept getting deployed and didn't have time for his project truck. He's since spent all his desert $ on a beautiful '70 Nova.
The C10 was in "rough" shape to say the least but I got a great deal on it. I've made a ton of progress in the past few months and now I get compliments all the time. I still have a long way to go but its a lot of fun getting there. Between this site and my Haynes manual I've been able to do pretty much everything myself for a fraction of the cost of taking it to a shop. There is a lot I want to do, but I had to take care of the important stuff first like getting it running, and safely stopping. Now onto the fun stuff! More pics to follow |
