One box, one price, part 3
Continuing my garage clean up and here's the next pile of misc parts. It's all packed in a medium flat rate USPS box. Only want one item? Great, you get the rest for free. Total shipped is $20.
For that price you get a 71-72 parking light assembly. The back is kinda goobered up, but the lense is good. A working horn, 67-70 gas pedal floor bracket, jack hold down hardware, chevy headlight trim, parchment horn button, chrome gas cap, used radiator cap and a dome lamp with harness but without the lense, also added a black ashtray and a set of gas tank hold downs with bolts.

LOL, that would be the $700 box. It's hard to get rid of these odds and ends, but I hate to throw them away. Just hoping someone can find a use for some of it. Shipping is $11, not really trying to make much here.

I like the way you are doing these. If someone needs one or two of the items in the box, it is worth buying the whole lot.

Re: One box, one price, part 3
Just that the idea of selling a box of parts for a set price to circulate parts is a great idea. I looked at my parts bench the other day--I've got heater controls, ducting, rubber, etc. Individually, it ain't worth squat. And I've never thought before this weekend about selling it. But to have a forum topic of grab-bag items at a set price, that's appealing. You know you're getting some stuff you want. And sellers are moving misc. items out of their garages. All benefit.
While some people collect and market parts, most of us are onesie-twosie on items. Not enough to market, but too valuable to throw away. I for example, have that heater control, some seatbelts, etc. If someone paid shipping & a couple $$, I'd send the lot out and make my wife happy. If I knew that a separate forum listed grab-bag surplus items, I would check it often. Hence my suggestion. MJH |

Re: One box, one price, part 3
Adding a pair of headlight bezels to the box. They are in good shape, just need some cleaning with some steel wool. This is it, the box won't fit anything else and frankly, if this isn't worth $9 plus shipping, it's not worth my time anymore.
