What will interchange with the square body trucks? Later GM, Ford or Dodge?

I'll first clarify that I'm no expert on dually's but did some investigating for wheel choice options.
The hub bore is different between GM & Dodge (older vs newer wheels) despite the same bolt pattern. Not an issue if its a lug centric wheel (aftermarket) but most duallys use both the hub & lug for locating the OE type wheel. Ford's hub bore is much larger & not interchangeable from what I researched. This is typically why wheels are offer for GM/Dodge applications & a Ford option. All the newer GM wheels from around 08 to present are different (metric?) patterns as well. The list was something like this.... GM apps: 73-00; 01-07; & 08 -current Dodge: 7x-02; 03- current I don't have the Ford info on hand as it was different enough I completely ruled them out as a 'cheap' alternative.
