New tach installed
Just installed my new tach today. I bought a cheapie from O'reilly. Stupid me, bought a big hose clamp thinking I was going to mount it to the column. After I got it test fitted on the column, I realized the whole thing turns with the shifter So, I mounted it under the dash just below the stereo.
All of you with auto's and aftermarket tachs, where did you mount it?

AutoMeter AutoGuage, I don't think you can even GET this tach anymore. I mounted mine on my column...which moves..but the tach faces does too, so when I shift into drive, I rotate the face, so I can see it perfectly

i've got a 5" tach mounted in the center of my dash, angled towards me for better visibility. i think a tach that big looks hideous there, but its better than the big hole in the dash pad that it covers.
