Re: Thanksgiving Sales!
I think if you look at our prices we don't have to do theses silly sales. We can raise our prices and offer 10 20% off or offer free shipping?? I like to believe that most of the guys here don't fall for that BS. we get asked that all the time. do you give a forum discount? I say go find it for less. SO we aren't offering anything

Re: Thanksgiving Sales!
It's actually called good capitalism. Healthy, honest competition.

Re: Thanksgiving Sales!
If you want to do business with someone who raises their prices 15% then gives you 15% off by all means do it. Also, I know for a fact there was a vendor in this business who did that with a sale. The "regular" prices seemed kind of high and i figured out why. At the time i purchased them, MBG priced patch panels at a few percent less than the next cheapest place plus their shipping from TX to NJ was MUCH less than that from a state closer. I call that a good business model. A sale would be nice, but so would straight shooter salesmanship from everyone. I think his statement might have come off a little more crass than intended. Actual competitive prices every day beat a gimmick sale any day.
P.S. I am not implying that MBG is the only one with good business ethics. |

No BS would have been sticking to his guns and not offering a sale, after degrading all the venders on here who do!
