Gas gauge help!!!
Just pulled the tank out to put new rockers and cab corners in. Had to drain tank because it had stuff in it. Also while tank was out I turned key on to listen to the radio. When I put tank back in and hooked gauge up its now showing halfway past full. I grounded wire and it went to empty and when I hooked it back up all the way past full again. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Gas gauge help!!!
That would generally be an open circuit, I believe. If you put an ohm meter from the sending unit post to ground, it should read between 0-90 ohms.
I would pull the sending unit and check that it isn't jammed (all the way up possibly) from when you pulled the tank, or that a wire got disconnected on the unit inside.
