help with options codes - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I've got the original documentation for my truck (Canadian built '72) and it lists 3 options that I can't quite figure out.
I've checked the websites with the RPO codes but these are never listed.

Z32 Rear wheel equipment
Z33 spare wheel equipment
Z34spare tire equipment

any idea what these are?

The only thread I found related was last year HERE.
BTW-the thread also concerned a Canadian truck.

My best guess would be that they represent different parts for the
spare tire assy; hanger, wheel and tire. ???
